I appreciated the central location. It made getting around simple. The room was also clean and modern.
I found the gym a bit small. It only had a few machines and limited free weights! The breakfast area was also quite crowded during peak hours. It made getting a table difficult.

The reception staff offered a warm welcome. The Executive King Room offered ample space. The beds were comfortable. I found a convenient location near key attractions and transport links.

the hotel is close to many value places to eat. the underground station is very close. it is two stops to the west end theatre land. the location makes it easy to get around. i appreciated the proximity to transportation and dining options.
the bathroom was slightly small.

The hotel gifted me a room upgrade as I was travelling. The room felt comfortable, and the staff were helpful. I enjoyed the pool and sauna, both clean and well-kept.
The room felt quite noisy. I could hear people in the next room. The bathroom was tiny. It was hard to move around. The corridors had an unpleasant smell.

The superior room super king bed provided ample space. the bathroom included a magnifying mirror which was really useful. complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch upon arrival. I felt very welcomed.
the air conditioning was a bit too strong at times, it made me feel a little chilly.

i found the location convenient, as it was near many coffee shops and restaurants. the hotel presented itself as displayed in the pictures. the staff members were generally friendly. the room we booked was spacious, and my children enjoyed it.
The bathroom was quite small. One had to carefully maneuver around the toilet. the room felt dark . breakfast was subpar. The scrambled eggs were particularly disappointing, and the dining area seemed unclean.
